Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Adult Caregivers to join our on-call and temporary staffing team.
As an Adult Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing attentive and personalized care to adults with diverse needs in various settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assistance to adults with different conditions in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including but not limited to grooming, toileting, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individuals under your care.
- Engage in meaningful interactions and activities to promote socialization and wellbeing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in caregiving for adults with varying needs.
- Speaks fluent English is required
- Recent negative TB test and complete COVID19 vaccination, including booster shot.
- Previous experience working with adults is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
