No previous experience is needed. All training is done in house and is paid
Goldfish Swim School in Doylestown is looking for swim instructors and lifeguards for our weekday mornings / early afternoons. We are looking for Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 3pm. Shifts can be either 9-12, 12-3, or 9-3, schedule is your preference on days and time. We also offer additional hours in the afternoon and weekend if interested.

STARTING EXPERIENCED LIFEGUARD/ INSTRUCTOR POSITIONS START AT $14/hr + Bonus Opportunities.

Extra shifts are also available to be picked up through-out the year.

Requirements:

Ability to work with children
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Lifeguards and instructors MUST be a minimum of 15 years old by date of hire.
Lifeguards and instructors MUST conduct themselves in a professional manner and must be attentive and focused
Lifeguards and instructors must complete 30 hour training in 3 weeks all training, including certification is done in house and is PAID

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
Enforces safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Makes rescues and administers first aid when necessary.
Interacts with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students' swim skills.
Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each Goldfish Swim School location. Each franchisee can set their own wages, benefit programs and terms and conditions of employment, which may vary at each Goldfish Swim School location._
