Therefore, during your entire training period, you will receive intensive support from the HR department, the various departments, and our apprentice mentors. We not only provide you with solid technical knowledge for your professional development, but also give you the opportunity to learn initiative and responsibility in practice.

In collaboration with the Dual University of Schleswig-Holstein, Department of Vocational Academy, we offer the chance to undergo a science-based and practice-oriented vocational education, with the goal of obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on business administration. The main topics of the program include accounting, marketing, human resources, investment and financing, supplemented by numerous elective modules for specialization. The science-based education takes place at the Dual University of Schleswig-Holstein in Flensburg and Kiel, while the practical training is carried out in various departments at Queisser Pharma.

Requirements

  • A good to very good high school diploma or equivalent certificate
  • Interest in commercial processes and mathematics
  • Proficiency in at least one foreign language
  • Teamwork, commitment, and communication skills
