Steere House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 120 bed,
NON-PROFIT, skilled nursing facility located in Providence, Rhode Island. Established in 1874, Steere House provides short term, long term, and memory care services.

Steere House is looking for someone who is dependable and enthusiastic


Job Description:

Individual is responsible for directing initial communications throughout the facility while providing bookkeeping/clerical support in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

Individuals must possess:

  • A professional demeanor
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Computer literacy in Word and Excel
  • Confidentiality a must

Individual must be able to:

  • Concentrate on tasks with frequent interruptions
  • Type a minimum of 60 words per minute
  • Work independently, taking charge of situations and providing assistance to employees and "customers" of Steere House in a professional and efficient manner
  • Read, write and communicate the English language
  • Perform administrative tasks and services for the HR department
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Providence, RI 02903: Relocate before starting work (required)
