IT/Process Coordinator for System Optimization - Ocean Pointe, United States - Quantum Innovations
Description
What can you expect?
- You will analyze current processes and optimize them if necessary
- You will plan and monitor IT projects, create change requests, and manage test management
- You will coordinate external IT system partners and provide first-level support for internal departments regarding software and hardware
- You will train employees and document internal IT systems and applications
- You will monitor IT infrastructure and interfaces
What should you bring?
- You have extensive knowledge of IT systems and applications, as well as experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision
- You have strong organizational and coordination skills
- You have a degree in information technology or computer science, or are a career changer with several years of experience in IT
- You have knowledge and experience in project management, and knowledge of the English language is desirable
