We are seeking a Physical Therapy Consultant to join our team of professionals at an adult day healthcare center. Our program participants are predominantly those with cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophies. The PT Consultant will design individualized maintenance program services and if needed, skilled program services. Maintenance PT services will be delivered by the nursing aides under the supervision of the registered nurse. Skilled PT services, would be delivered by the PT Consultant.


Qualifications:


  • California PT license

Preferred Skill:


  • Muti-Language skills, English/Mandarin
  • Previous experience in Adult Day Health Care center

$ $60.00 per hour
