Trainee Construction Management General Contractor (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

To start, you will receive a comprehensive overview of the structures, departments, and infrastructure of our globally operating company. You will then have the opportunity to get to know each department and receive coaching from our experienced project management team. Special attention will be given to the internal collaboration between the general contractor and carpentry department.
After that, you will actively support our experienced construction managers onsite at the construction site.
You will act as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and external partners and subcontractors.
Ensuring the completion and acceptance of projects without defects is your top priority.
You will gain initial leadership experience.
With increasing responsibility, you will take on your own projects and, upon successful completion of the program, have the "helm" as a construction manager on our construction sites.
