ANDRONACO INDUSTRIES, located in Kentwood, MI, is actively looking for a Planning & Scheduling Assistant to join our team Don't miss out on this great opportunity to grow with us This is an onsite position with a schedule of Monday-Friday (8am-5pm hr work weeks).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist planners with production schedules to meet order fill rate and ontime delivery metrics based on sales forecasts, customer demands, and production leadtimes.
Assist with optimizing inventory levels and working capital while supporting targeted customer service levels.
Take part in the logistics planning.
Utilize a collaborative approach with Inventory Control and Distribution Planning to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Coordinate production requirements with Procurement and Operations to ensure adequate inventory of raw materials, packaging, and ingredient components.
Work closely with Operations to understand and support their needs to facilitate high schedule adherence.

Performing other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Onetwo years of experience in manufacturing.
Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong math skills required.
Strong organizational skills and acute attention to details.
Must be selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and ask questions as needed.
Knowledge of Epicor or other software elated to production planning is a plus.

Pay:
$20.00 per hour
