Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
• Create a stimulating and engaging environment for children to learn and play
• Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and educational programs
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
• Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to promote positive behavior management
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols

Experience:

• Previous experience in toddler care, childcare, nannying, or caregiving is preferred
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Experience working with students in a preschool or daycare setting is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
