Description
Post job openings on bulletin boards, company website, online advertising, and various job service agencies.- Assist new employees with completion of legal and confidential paperwork required by state and federal employment laws, including data entry into the Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify) and the AZ New Hire reporting system.
- Maintain new and current employee files accurately within the HR Oracle database.
- Maintain personnel filing system in a regular, timely and confidential manner. Shred outdated/obsolete documents appropriately.
- Maintain I9 documentation.
- Reconciles benefit statements and assist with benefits administration.
- Provide employment verification information according to Sierra Winds' policies, as requested by outside sources regarding current or former employees.
- Assist with coordinating new employee orientations (NEO) and mandatory training programs.
- Prepare Birthday cards each month.
- Send department heads compliance reports concerning payroll, TB tests, employment qualifications, and performance reviews.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Assist with various research projects and/or special projects, including developing and implementing new processes and/or procedures.
- Serve as administrative support to the Executive Director and Accounting Department. Screen phone calls and appointments; direct phone calls to proper individual, schedule appointments as necessary, and assists with resident issues or concerns.
- Coordinate Board meetings and act as recording secretary for Board of Directors meetings and monthly resident meetings.
- Type, compose and file correspondence such as meeting notices, memoranda, reports, corporate documents, forms, etc. Follow up on correspondence as needed or directed.
- Conduct research, compiles data, and prepares papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and board of directors.
Applicants will be required to pass a background check and drug screen prior to starting employment. Employees are required to obtain a level one fingerprint card within 45 days after date of employment.
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
