CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Acquire full knowledge of all DeVroomen Programs
  • Manages main phone line and transfers calls
  • Work with customers to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with Production Team to resolve issues
  • Follow up with existing customers to build relationships and upsell on our products
  • Communicate with sales staff and customers about orders (sold out, quantity change, etc. )
  • Maintain updated records
  • Prepare and mail bid books and other sales materials
  • Assist online and walkin customers

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manages main phone line and transfers calls

Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team when requested


Qualifications:


  • Excellent computer skills
  • MS Office power user: utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Drive,
  • Excellent verbal and telephone skills
