    The Technical Business Analyst (TBA) position will consist of multiple roles in the product management organization including a variety of analysis and coordination activities to drive SDLC projects.

    The TBA will be accountable for individual pieces or whole products of Greenway's software/services which may include data analysis, training, assessing the market, competitive analysis, pricing, product strategy and product planning.

    The Technical Business Analyst contributes largely to the overall success of specific products and in assuring a data-driven approach for product management.

    Proactively and independently work with stakeholders to construct use cases and associated standardized outputs.
    Interface with key business customers and partners to troubleshoot and define future business requirements.
    Translate complex or ambiguous business problem statements into analysis requirements.
    Provide analytical support for Product Management teams.
    Produce detailed business requirements, coordinate and manage user acceptance test plans, and participate in stakeholder management.
    Partner with stakeholders to identify, develop and deploy metrics to answer key business questions.
    Partner with senior leadership to understand business challenges, and provide data/analysis for better decision making.
    Communicate complex analysis and insights to senior leaders, both verbally and in writing.
