Job DescriptionCodeworks is an IT Services firm headquartered in SE Wisconsin, known for our strong commitment to quality and for our direct client relationships.Who We're Looking For:
A Business Systems Analyst with expertise in source to target documentation, developing complex SQL, and serving as a liaison between technical and business staff This is a remote long term contract position.
Responsibilities:
Serving as a liaison between the business and technical staff to design and implement efficient data integration processes. Creating and maintaining source to target (S2T) documentation
Developing complex SQL
Gathering requirements and developing user stories
Translating business requirements into technical specifications
Performing root cause analysis for systems and performing data analysis with complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
Planning and executing rigorous testing procedures to ensure system functionality, performance, and reliability.
Performing data reconciliation and analysis of results. Conducting user acceptance testing and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues or defects. Performing gap analysis and cost benefit analysis
Mentoring and training users on business and systems analysis methodology
Qualifications:
Experience with data quality tools and frameworks
Experience with business intelligence platforms
Experience with data governance including security and privacy policies
Eliciting and refining requirements for dashboards
Strong understanding of different types of data models
Managing multiple, concurrent projects and tasks
Having strong interpersonal skills including communication, mentoring, collaborating, and team building
