This is a highly strategic People Business Partner role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, talent, and culture. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will…

    • Quickly build trusted, effective relationships with the Chief Revenue Officer and Revenue leadership team.
    • Mentor, coach and provide feedback to managers at all levels.
    • See around corners and advise on people and talent strategies when appropriate.
    • Partner with employee relations to resolve complex issues.
    • Work closely with GTM leadership and team members globally to improve work relationships, elevate employee engagement, and increase productivity and retention.
    • Partner with TA, L&D and EX team members to drive GTM specific talent initiatives where it aligns with business strategy.
    • Be a culture champion and advocate for our company values, helping the business ensure Cribl remains a place where people do their best work.
    • You will be part of a kick ass PBP team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent Success & People Business Partners.

If You've Got It - We Want It

  • 10+ years of proven experience as a People Business Partner to a Revenue organization.
  • Experience with organizational design, change management, manager development, compensation and employee relations.
  • Knowledge in People/HR policies & procedures with a demonstrated track record of prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable solutions that address the needs of the business.
  • Demonstrated practice of interpreting data and analytics, drawing upon insights, and leveraging established benchmarks/case studies to inform talent interventions and influence business outcomes.
  • Strong organization, interpersonal, and communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to large groups, leaders, and teammates of all levels.
  • Deep understanding of relevant employment laws, knowledge of regulatory and employment best practices across multiple countries.
  • Experience working with leaders across multiple countries and an understanding of cultural differences informing global people strategy.
  • Excitement for & alignment with our company values & remote working culture.

    Bonus Points / Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience operating within a global, remote-first environment.
    • Familiarity with slack, google workspace tools and async ways of working. 

Note from the Hiring Manager

  • Previous experience as a PBP/HRBP to Revenue is a must have.
  • Our PBP approach is business led, we are advisors and partners to the business, but we don't make their decisions. 
  • To clarify reporting structure, the PBP team at Cribl are part of our broader Talent Success team which includes Employee Experience, Learning & Development, & Community Impact.

Salary Range ($153,000- $235,000 )

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
