    Job Description


    As a Business Relationship Analyst – Order to Cash, you will be part of a 60+ core team of IT professionals supporting the various North American Lindt subsidiaries and help business stakeholders shape their strategies with technology solution implementations and product adoptions, thereby creating and managing trust and strong relationships.

    You will act as the single point of contact between an organizations senior management and IT teams, providing clarity and accountability to business.


    You will come prepared to advocate and showcase product portfolios and identify needs for additional value delivery or integration between product groups.

    You will be a trusted advisor in providing awareness, direction, and guidance to business stakeholders to receive the best value and innovations.

    Developing a deep understanding of the Order to Cash operations of the organization and maintaining strong relationships with relevant business leaders will be critical to your role.


    You will also take an active role in shaping demand, defining product roadmaps, and strengthening the business relations team you are part of.

    You come with strong hands-on SAP SD/LE expertise and sound Order to Cash business knowledge.


    This position is offered in Stratham, NH and requires around 25% to 50% travel, based on projects and business needs.

    Essential Functions


    • Manage relationships between IT organization and the Sales, Distribution and Logistics Execution functions throughout the life cycle of the product groups and along the business own life cycles.
    • Ensure that IT team understands the business strategy and context definition of new products & solutions required to support business needs or for decision of product retirement.
    • Provide the link between specific business initiatives, projects or programs, and IT in order to identify, forecast, and deliver value.
    • Qualify demands based on product qualification checklists or identify opportunities based on product portfolio knowledge mapped to business capabilities in scope.
    • Gather high-level business requirements & context and identify product candidates for nonstandard demands.
    • Responsible for complex highly configurable products or for needs requiring multi-product integration, facilitates discovery, and scoping by mobilizing appropriate stakeholders.
    • Facilitate the development of business cases and guide the business in effectively investing in standard products or solutions and the innovation services.
    • Define, develop, and manage product vision, strategies, and roadmaps.
    • Leverage an uncompromising approach to change management as it affects people, process, and adoption of technology.
    • Oversee product success, end to end (market assessment through product implementation and support); defines quality and control objectives, critical success factors and measures compliance and KPIs.
    • Influence improvements of complex business and IT processes to enhance company performance.
    • Understand interdependencies and constraints across teams; guide cross team collaboration / prioritization.
    • Effectively communicate, plan and prioritize at all levels and align across teams.
    • Translate business strategies/goals into IT action plans to drive improvement of company performance, mentors others.
    • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and ability to understand and support end-to-end business processes: Sales Orders and Contracts, Delivery Execution and Shipping, Customer Billing, Sales Master Data, Sales Pricing, Sales related inventory management processes, touchpoints with transportation and warehousing
    • Understand the interaction of Sales / Distribution and Logistics Execution processes with other business processes and SAP modules (mainly MM, IM, EWM, FICO and Planning).
    • Define solution standards and ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance, and business requirements as well as best practices.
    • Execute and lead testing process (Unit, UAT and integration tests)
    • Support applications, facilitate changes, respond to tickets, and train end-users.
    • Aid in the management of third-party vendors
    Basic Qualifications


    • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
    • 5+ years experience in Information Technology including program/project management and business or experience as an SAP SD/LE solution architect.
    • 4+ years experience in implementing and supporting SAP SD/LE application solution.
    • Sound knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end business processes: Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, and Procure-to-Pay, especially related to order acquisition, inventory availability, sales master data management, pricing, shipping / receiving, customer billing.
    • Thorough understanding & hands on expertise in SAP SD/LE module functions and features, including ability to leverage full capabilities of SAP to realize business needs.
    • Familiarity of the underlying technical underpinnings of SAP, preferably S/4 HANA
    • Good team player with strong communication and presentation skills
    • Exceptional skill in relationship building and team collaboration.
    • Actively participate in maturing the BRM discipline at Lindt
    Preferred Qualifications


    • 6+ years of experience in SAP SD/LE
    • Working knowledge of SAP Analytics tools – AfO, SAC, Datasphere
    • Innate ability to identify the root cause of issues or problems.
    • Skilled and experienced at conflict negotiation and problem-solving.
    • Knowledge of and experience in the consumer goods industry
    • Project management certification(s)
    • SAP certification(s)
    • APICS or similar certification(s)
