    401k plan with company match What will your day look like? As a System Administrator, you will: Evaluate, administer, customize, configure, and uphold computer patch management across multiple, intricate, and advanced operating systems.

    Deliver real-time support and updates for on-premises, cloud, and remote systems.
    Independently plan all stages of assigned projects, showcasing autonomy and a limited need for supervision.
    Demonstrate proficiency in project management processes and standards, seamlessly integrating project management principles into assigned projects.
    Generate technical documents, including error and maintenance reports, to ensure comprehensive documentation.
    Install and configure new hardware and software systems, contributing to seamless system integration.
    Provide technical support to users, promptly resolving technical errors to maintain operational continuity.
    Identify and troubleshoot network, connectivity, and server issues for swift resolution.
    Collaborate in estimating costs, seeking guidance from more experienced analysts or engineers for budgetary considerations.
    Contribute to the coordination and monitoring of computer systems, promptly addressing problems or required modifications.
    Develop user documents and conduct training sessions on new computer systems to facilitate smooth user adoption.
    Assist in the installation and upgrading of application and infrastructure systems, receiving guidance from experienced administrators.
    Maintain application and IT systems, overseeing patch installations, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and tuning.
    Execute testing procedures for applications and data backup and recovery systems to ensure reliability.
    Spearhead Microsoft Azure administration, covering design, implementation, and continuous monitoring.
    Willingness to travel to company facilities as needed.
    This role is not remote or hybrid; on-site presence is required.
    Participate in after-business hours support and partake in a rotational on-call schedule for comprehensive system coverage.

    You will be a good fit as a System Administrator if you have:
    A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    A minimum of 3-5 years of directly relevant work experience.
    Comprehensive knowledge spanning most facets of IT design and administration.
    Familiarity with concepts in distributed computing environments.

    Demonstrate strong analytical skills and hands-on experience, showcasing the ability to solve diverse problems and analyze potential solutions using established procedures.

    Proficient in developing system solutions to address operational challenges.
    Capable of crafting clear and concise technical instructions.
    Exhibit competence in planning, implementing, and testing system software.
    Effectively communicate technical guidance and instructions to users for the optimal utilization of systems and/or applications.
    Adaptability to navigate and excel under the pressures and demands of deadlines and competing priorities.
    Handle confidential information and materials with the utmost professional responsibility.
    Prioritize tasks adeptly to meet business needs, including the ability to guide and prioritize the work of team members when necessary
