- Support people with intellectual disabilities in ways that demonstrate to the community, a belief in the philosophy of community inclusion and acceptance
- Conduct skill assessments to analyze worker's interests, employability, and job skills to develop employment opportunities for workers with developmental disabilities and other handicaps
- Conduct and supervise job shadowing, job sampling, and job exploration activities
- Train and support workers at various job sites and assist employers to incorporate employees fully into the work environment
- Work with students with special needs to assist in their transition from school to the work environment
- Develop relationships with the business community for job opportunities and/or job sampling sites
- Support individuals to become independent, make decisions, and live a meaningful dignified life with valued social roles (ex: friend, neighbor, student, employee)

- Ability to work flexible schedules and travel to various locations in multiple counties throughout New Jersey
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Valid New Jersey Driver's License and properly insured and maintain personal vehicle
- Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Background check and FBI clearances, MVR, Child Abuse Record Information (CARI) and Drug Testing
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- One year of experience in the human service field
