Your Profile:

  • Completed training as a real estate agent, supplemented by a real estatespecific qualification (e.g. real estate specialist, real estate economist)
  • Several years of experience in condominium management
  • Enjoy taking responsibility for a portfolio of properties in a dedicated team
  • Strong focus on service and results
  • Affinity for numbers and their consolidation into information
  • Technical and legal understanding is advantageous
  • Independent, confident, and customeroriented
  • Structured work combined with initiative, organizational skills, reliability, and commitment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken

Your Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and execution of administrative board meetings and owners' meetings
  • Management and administration of a specific number of properties and their condominium communities
  • Contract management for individual propertyrelated contracts
  • Budget planning and regular reporting
  • Development of key figures and process optimizations
  • Close collaboration with internal departments (technology, contract law, procurement)
  • Comprehensive processing, evaluation, and documentation of complex commercial matters
  • Continuous maintenance of filing organization and followup management
