In Balance Academy has been on the cutting edge of addiction and mental health treatment of young men for the past 20 years. Family owned and operated, modeled after an old western town, our tranquil, 125-acre campus, provides a gorgeous desert landscape perfect for our students to develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
In Balance Academy, is looking for a full-time, positive, motivated Office Coordinator that has a special focus on Marketing for the company. This is not your typical desk job. Duties include touring prospective families, managing our Facebook page, supporting therapists and the clinical team with administrative tasks, interacting with parents and students, and supporting other staff and departments at a moment's notice.
Qualifications:
- Associates education or higher
- Ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card
- Experience working with adolescents
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with program staff
- Knowledge of Word/Excel, Google Docs/Sheets
- Marketing/Facebook experience
- Attention to Detail
- Team Player and Self Motivated
Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour

Experience:
Google Drive: 2 years (preferred)
