Account Representative - Gastrointestinal:


We are currently looking to fill multiple full-time roles to support pharmaceutical brand awareness, business growth, and sales efforts. The ideal candidate should excel in written and verbal communication, enjoy building relationships with clients and possess a proactive attitude.


This role involves activities such as lead generation, customer support, and client acquisition to establish lasting partnerships on behalf of our clients. It offers a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement, including overseeing campaigns, managing client expectations, training staff, and leading project initiatives.


You will be responsible for managing a client portfolio, assisting with healthcare contracts, and addressing practice management requirements. Continuous support for career development will be provided along with potential bonuses. Proficiency in using various technologies such as tablets, computers, Microsoft, and Apple products is also expected.


Responsibilities:


  • Identifying and engaging new clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Establishing expertise in healthcare services for your client base
  • Collaborating with clients to guide them in making informed decisions regarding medical agreements and healthcare cost control
  • Cultivating and nurturing enduring relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Efficient time management to succeed in a multifaceted role
  • Fulfilling any other reasonable job duties as needed

Experience and Skills:


  • At least one year of experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Track record of achieving sales targets or high customer satisfaction metrics
  • Ability to identify, secure, and retain clients effectively
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
