Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team.

The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, processing returns, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

The working hours are flexible between 6am - 6pm.


Key Responsibilities:

Receive and Process Incoming Stock:

• Unload, inspect, and verify the accuracy of incoming shipments.
• Unpack and sort items according to established procedures.
• Label and store received items in the appropriate locations.

Order Fulfillment:

• Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Verify outgoing shipments against order documents to ensure accuracy.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly fashion.

Shipping and Receiving:

• Load and unload delivery trucks, using manual or mechanical methods.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers for efficient transportation.

Processing Returns:

• Receive, inspect, and process returned items according to company policies.
• Update inventory records to reflect returned items.

Folding Shirts:

• Fold and prepare shirts for inventory or shipment as needed.

Safety and Maintenance:

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

• Work is performed in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures.
• May involve exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, and other typical warehouse conditions.
• Must be able to work flexible hours between 6am 6pm, including weekends and overtime as needed.
