    Job DescriptionMANUFACTURING QUALITY ENGINEERFusco Personnel is currently recruiting a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to work for a growing manufacturing organization in the Albany, NY area. This position is 100% on site. The successful candidate will oversee the Plant Floor for this organization and ensure product delivery meets Company's internal quality standards with regard to standard assembly processes, mandatory/general assembly specifications, final inspections standard, work-in-process standards and raw material standards. Additionally, this role will be the QA/QC expert for the organization. Requirements:
    • Associates in Engineering or related scientific field.
    • 3 - 5+ years' experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering or Quality Assurance in a plant environment.
    • Process improvement knowledge in a manufacturing environment such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc. to drive operational excellence systems is a Plus.
    • Six Sigma Green Belt training or certification is Desired.
    • Ability to interpret and comply with code requirements of ASME and adherence to ASME Section I, IV and VIII, UL CSA codes.
    • Prior supervision experience or CQE Certification is a plus.
    • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and flexibility. A Must.
    • Strong computer skills for Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PDF PRO
    • Ability to interpret basic drawings.
    • CAD or SolidWorks experience a Plus.

    Salary Range
    • $55,000 – 75,000 (Based on Experience)
