Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
This is a key role that requires strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as the ability to supervise and train staff.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Oversee training and development programs for new hires
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supervising staff and providing training and development opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Knowledge of calendar management software is a plus
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
