Are you passionate about hospitality and customer service? Do you have at least 2 years of relevant experience? Elite Sports Clubs is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Office and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Milwaukee

Work Environment:

As part of our team, you'll work with a diverse, friendly group of people. Our Business Office team works remotely with weekly associated travel to club locations in Mequon, Brookfield, and Glendale. Reliable transportation is required.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Assist members with account balances and collections.
  • Travel to all four Milwaukee area club locations as needed.
  • Support monthly billing and auditing processes.
  • Collect and analyze data to create weekly and monthly reports and graphs.
  • Organize and coordinate reporting from various departments.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the Business Office team.
