The Quality Inspector will provide product inspection support across various aspects of the manufacturing operation, including Shipping & Receiving, Calibration, In-Process Inspections, Customer Required Over-Inspections, and Final Inspections.

The role involves utilizing CMM hardware and software for part inspections, requiring proficient CMM use and programming skills.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Conduct final inspection on completed manufacturing products using various precision measuring equipment.
Program and operate the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
Assist in the preparation, completion, and submission of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR).
Ensure manufactured parts conform to all customer requirements by completing detailed inspection plans/reports and identifying and segregating nonconforming parts.
Assist with customerrequired "overinspection" activities in coordination with the shipping department and master schedule.
Maintain workspace cleanliness before, during, and after each shift in accordance with 5S principles.

Qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a Quality capacity
Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
Experience with precision measuring equipment (calipers, CMM, height stand, etc.)
Ability to strictly adhere to written and verbal instructions

Working Hours**:7:30AM-4PM
