Currently, the ZBI Group employs more than 850 people at over 30 locations in Germany, Luxembourg, and Austria. The company currently manages approximately residential and commercial units. The total transaction volume to date is around eleven billion euros.

We are currently looking for a

Property Manager to oversee and manage a predominantly residential real estate portfolio (excluding rental, rent accounting, and operating cost statements) of approximately 500 units.

Responsibilities include managing rental agreements, including contract negotiations and handovers.
Issuing work orders to contractors/service providers, reviewing and coding incoming invoices, and communicating with tenants.
Developing the budget for the managed portfolio in collaboration with various departments.

Requirements:

A completed apprenticeship as a real estate agent, further education as a real estate specialist, a degree in real estate or business administration (with a focus on real estate), or equivalent qualifications.

Previous experience in the real estate industry/property management.
