We are looking for
immediate start in part-time or full-time for our team in Neu-Ulm for
Accounting Clerk (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

Recording and posting of documents
Preparation of accounting documents for the tax office, communication with our contacts and clarification of inquiries
Reconciliation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts
Written and telephone communication with customers and suppliers
Processing of incoming mail and filing
General administrative tasks (e.g. invoice verification).

Your profile:

Completed commercial training (e.g. office management)
Experience in accounting
Very proficient in IT applications, especially excellent Microsoft Office skills
Familiarity with common communication tools
Independent and conscientious work style
High motivation, commitment, teamwork, initiative, and flexibility.
