    • Compensation: Annual equivalent salary range for full-time is $213, ,000 (with OB) and is dependent on experience

By developing relationships with each other, and their patients, they directly impact the effectiveness of their work and their patient outcomes.- Data-based decision-making and continuous quality improvement- Small, family-like environment with direct access to the executive team - Focus on quality, not production, to provide the level of care you expect for yourself- Public health focus, with organizational leaders living within the communityQUALIFICATIONS:- Current CA license; valid DEA; CPR/ACLS/BLS- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience- Ideal candidate has OB training and provides prenatal care up to 36 weeks- Strong leadership skills and dedication to serving community healthcare- Bilingual fluency or medical knowledge in English/Spanish, preferred
