Your tasks

You will support our existing CRM application and the associated interfaces to commercial and technical applications
You will work with the team to develop a vision for the further development or replacement of the existing CRM application
You will support our colleagues in the operational departments in CRM
You will be a source of ideas, motivator, and driving force for knowledge transfer in the CRM area
You will take our processes to the next level of digitalization

Your profile

Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable education, with preferably some professional experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
