Aviva A Campus for Senior Life, offers a full continuum of care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.


Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Attend outings with residents
  • Maintain active reports, and resident sign ups and interest surveys.
  • Connect and build relationships with residents and vendors
  • Encourage resident participation in activities
  • Assist in the set up and break down of events
  • Create flyers, presentations, etc. in Microsoft Office programs
  • Operate AV equipment, including projectors, microphones, speaker systems, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a skilled nursing environment.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Excellent computer skills

  • Microsoft programs
  • Organized
  • Must be very detailoriented
  • Great with deadlines
  • Ability to seek out events and programs appropriate to senior residents.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to multitasking and event planning

  • Demonstrated positive, customerfocused approach to daily responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
  • Encourage and empower seniors to have a fuller, more enriched quality of living.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
