Join our team as a Palletizer Operator and become an integral part of our fast-paced manufacturing operation.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to ensure the efficient stacking and palletizing of finished goods in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor automated palletizing equipment to efficiently stack and organize finished goods onto pallets.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any maintenance needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the palletizing area, including removal of debris and waste materials.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet daily targets.
Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including production logs and quality control records.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of palletizing procedures and equipment operation.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work in a physically demanding role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
