- Ability to quickly develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with existing customers who can buy more or prospects who have yet to become customers.

- Fierce follow up skills, understanding that on average it will take 6 "touches" to turn a prospect into a buying customer.
- If attention to detail is not a strength be able to utilize EPSI's extensive customer service team to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks that impacts the customer's ability to buy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working business to business environments required.
- Experience working in the surface finishing industry a major plus.

The right candidate for inside sales at EPSI knows that in order to take care of the customer you must first sell the customer every time on why EPSI is the right choice for their surface finishing needs.
