Responsibilities:
- Telephone and written order processing and handling
- Receiving, processing, and resolving customer inquiries
- Entering and maintaining master and contract data
- Maintaining and managing the online shop
Qualifications:
- You have successfully completed a commercial or cosmetic education.
- You are proficient in using MS Office applications.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- You have a quick understanding and a high level of commitment, initiative, and reliability.
- You enjoy interacting with customers and possess good consulting and mediation skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
- You have experience and good knowledge in active conversation management.
- You are characterized by aboveaverage performance and willingness to learn, teamwork, and customeroriented action.
