  • Telephone and written order processing and handling
  • Receiving, processing, and resolving customer inquiries
  • Entering and maintaining master and contract data
  • Maintaining and managing the online shop

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial or cosmetic education.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office applications.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • You have a quick understanding and a high level of commitment, initiative, and reliability.
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and possess good consulting and mediation skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
  • You have experience and good knowledge in active conversation management.
  • You are characterized by aboveaverage performance and willingness to learn, teamwork, and customeroriented action.
