What to expect

• Planning of construction logistics services on construction sites of any size
• Creation of construction logistics concepts and technical solutions
• Consultation and support of project participants in all construction logistics planning and organizational matters
• Assistance to construction management in technical questions
• Participation in change management and billing of construction site services
• Collaboration in project documentation and reporting

What you bring

• Completed degree, e.g. in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, facility management, industrial engineering or similar
• Several years of professional experience, e.g. in construction operations/building construction, construction logistics, work preparation or in a planning office
• Knowledge of construction law (VOB, BGB), applicable DIN standards and public procurement law
• Sense of responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Communication skills, decision-making ability and leadership
