JOB TITLE:
Gallery Sales Associate (full-time or part-time)


Reports to:
Assistant Store Manager


Pay:
$ $16.50 per hour plus the monthly incentive plan.


Schedule:
Must be available to work evenings and weekends


JOB SUMMARY:

Provide professional customer service on the sales floor and answer customer telephone calls.

Assist customers with all home décor, holiday, collectibles, and gourmet food products by suggesting gift and design ideas and answering any questions.

A willingness to learn product knowledge about all our merchandise is essential to this position.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service for all customers' needs while on the sales floor and the telephone.
• Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of merchandise presentation in assigned areas of responsibility including stocking of merchandise when necessary.
• Attends all scheduled team product knowledge and company meetings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Detail oriented, Excellent product knowledge
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
