Description

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct oneonone therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect data on client progress and behavior
• Assist with skill acquisition programs, including communication, socialization, and daily living skills
• Support clients in community settings, such as school or recreational activities
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and implement behavior analytic techniques
