Director of Executive Protection and Event Security - Reston, United States - Global Response Center

_Please note that the selected applicant will be a full-time Global Response Center (GRC) employee embedded as a contract employee for a GRC client.

_

In addition to managing the client's requirements, the individual will serve as lead EP and ES Agent in support of the client.

This will predominantly be international travel to short events lasting from 2-10 days. Some domestic travel will also be required. Annual travel requirements may be as high as 50-70%.

The GRC is a boutique security services consulting firm. We discreetly support a very select group of clients in a wide variety of security consulting areas. We build long-term relationships with our clients and take pride in providing the highest possible level of support.

• 15+ years of work experience
• Minimum 7 years working in EP and ES
• Minimum 2 years working EP in support of CEO level Principals
• Superior client/customerfacing EP work experience (with references if requested)
• EP and ES management, deputy management, or team/group leadership experience
• A professional network that can be leveraged for additional EP and ES resources
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Works well independently and as part of a small team
• Shows initiative and is a strong communicator

Job Location:
Reston, VA (hybrid remote). However, as stated above, there is an approximate 50-75% travel requirement.


Pay:
$150,000.00 per year
