Job description
We are looking to add another manager to our team. We are specifically looking for someone to come in and manage PM/Closing shifts. This person will be responsible for helping run service in the PMs, executing and managing closing duties, inventory management, labor management, meat smoking and processing, dough work, general prep work and more.
Wild Barley Kitchen & Brewery : We are a locally owned and operated San Antonio brewpub that began in 2019 as a food truck. The brick-and-mortar location launched spring of 2022, with the brewery launching later that year. The two owners are heavily involved in day-to-day operations and have built a reputation for high quality products in a mom-and-pop setting with amazing customer service. Go look at our reviews.
Wild Barley is currently operated by a staff of 25 people. From 8am to 3pm we serve breakfast and lunch, mostly via sandwiches, and from 3pm to 9pm we serve pizzas, wings, burgers, sandwiches and more. We specialize in sourdough and fermentation, while also processing our own meats, and pouring energy into enhancing all of our ingredients.
