Join the ride We are currently looking for a
Lead Express Claims Manager for Accident Management (m/f/x/d) to join our Claims Team at our HQ in Watertown, MN.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for increasing the number of internal accident regulations
You will work closely with our insurance broker and claims department
You will ensure that our claims files are complete and improve data quality
You will monitor and report monthly KPIs and be responsible for our "Accident Handling" and "Express Claims" teams
You will continuously maintain high levels of customer and opponent satisfaction

Your strengths:

You have several years of experience in the insurance and car accident field, with previous management experience
Ideally, you have experience as a Managing General Agent (MGA)
You have a basic understanding of German traffic regulations
You are an expert in car claims management and the subsequent processes and regulations
