gGmbH Your responsibilities as Team Leader (m/w/d):

  • Person-centered and participation-oriented assistance and care for the individuals in our care, taking into account professional developments and individual needs
  • Promoting participation in community life and targeted development of social skills, including during trips and recreational activities outside of the residential facility
  • Collaboration with legal guardians or appointed caregivers on all matters related to the care environment, particularly in regards to medical care, financial management, and exercising the right to participate in social life

In addition to direct care duties, the position also includes the following areas of responsibility:
