Demonstrate 5+ years of hands-on experience in client management, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the partnership.

Utilize expertise in Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence, with 3+ years of hands-on experience, to efficiently manage project workflows, track progress, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Drive automation initiatives by leveraging Test Complete and Selenium, with 3+ years of hands-on experience, to streamline testing processes and enhance product quality.

Act as a Product Owner, representing the voice of the customer and prioritizing feature development based on customer needs and market demands.

Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align customer objectives with business goals and drive product roadmap enhancements.

Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancements, driving increased adoption and customer satisfaction.

Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in delivery, customer service, and team collaboration.
