What does the position involve?

• You represent Loft Film in initial and follow-up conversations and ensure a positive start to the customer journey - you make daily phone calls with managing directors and marketing managers.
• You will learn all essential skills in the areas of sales psychology, framing, handling objections, how to sound good on the phone, and how to properly interact with customers.
• Through regular feedback sessions with your mentor, you can continuously improve your confident and self-assured demeanor.
• Through exercises and role-playing, you will solidify your learned knowledge.
• After your training, you will quickly take on responsibility for maintaining telephone contact with potential customers.
• Your daily work is clearly structured, with tasks and roles specifically defined and distributed within the sales team.
