Description
Responsibilities

The integration of the latest technological developments in the automotive industry is the goal and also a challenge. In order to stay ahead in the international market, more powerful products must be developed and produced faster and with high quality, without neglecting responsibility for people and the environment. The introduction of future-oriented technologies offers motivated engineers interesting tasks as project, planning, service or development engineers.

Exciting tasks await you after your studies, such as:

  • In product and process development. You design and develop vehicle control units and electronic vehicle components, simulation software, information systems, vehicle data bus systems, electronic vehicle components, and plan and optimize automated production processes or effectively coordinate electronic subsystems.
  • In measurement and testing technology. You collect data from test benches, crash tests, and test drives. By analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting the data, you optimize parameters.
  • In the areas of planning, production, and quality assurance, system engineering, maintenance, technical customer service, and project management. You analyze problems, design electrical or IT-based solutions, plan and procure corresponding systems in close contact with suppliers, test them, ensure their implementation, and communicate with operators.
Qualifications

General or specialized university entrance qualification with a good to very good degree, especially in the subjects of mathematics, physics, German, English (possibly computer science or technology).
