If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Program Management & Product Development team at our R&D Department in Harveysburg, OH.

As a Temporary Worker in Program Management, you will have the chance to work in a global organization with plenty of opportunities for growth.

This position is based at our Harveysburg site.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the development and implementation of the PGM vision
Digitizing and improving our project management process and methodology
Supporting crossdivisional projects for continuous improvement, such as lessons learned

About you
As a person and a professional, you are an excellent communicator and have strong organizational skills. You work well in a team and can motivate, lead, and foster collaboration to achieve results. You also have exceptional relationship-building skills and maintain a good reputation with customers.

We expect that you have experience in the automotive industry and a deep understanding of metal forming process development. You are comfortable working in a multicultural environment and are fluent in both English and German. You are also proficient in project management and Microsoft Office.
