About Bespoken: Bespoken Spirits is the award-winning producer of finely crafted spirits. Through its proprietary finishing process, Bespoken creates unique spirits and markets products behind its own brand - as well as for high profile celebrity partners.
Summary: The Marketing Manager will lead the Bespoken Spirits by coordinating all marketing activities, developing, and implementing trade and brand marketing plans and programs, driving both brand equity and commercial performance. This role is responsible for the execution of consumer and trade activations, including the Retail programming for the on and off premise (POS, retailer specific programming, sampling, trade education/engagement tools, bottle signings and event activations) and coordination/integration of recruitment activities (Digital, PR, and Social). The position will work directly with Sales, Finance, Import Partners and External Agencies to ensure that all programs are in line with overall brand strategy. This Person will also liaise with high-profile celebrities' partners to make sure activations are executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Executing and coordinating all marketing activities - trade programming, events, social, PR and digital advertising
Primary liaison with Bespoken sales team, import partner and high-profile celebrity partners.
Coordination of Events for both Bespoken and Artist Partner Brands including event management, celebrity appearances, product ordering, POS management and shipping logistics.
Asset library maintenance - key visuals, POS, logos etc.
Field marketing requests for presentations, sell sheets and product information.
Basic design skills for presentation and tactical POS

Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase attendance at events and brand activations.
Working with agency partners to create promotional materials such as banners, fliers, merchandise, and advertisements.
Manage all logistics including product inventory, equipment, and supplies to support local events and in-store demo programming.
Travel and stay onsite at events in the assigned region(s) and manage travel for out-of-town participants.
Maintain a status report and activity tracker to review with the Director of Marketing monthly.
Understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, product innovations, and category opportunities
Coordinate and align with agency partners, Import Partner, and other third-party stakeholders to continually ensure their commitment to delivering brand objectives.
Ensure on-time delivery of all programs and tools and sharing of relevant information with key stakeholders.
Socialize success and opportunities through program recaps, using data and insights for real-time measurement and evaluation.
Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field
3-5 years' experience in Bev Alc. Brand or Trade Marketing; spirits background experience preferred.
Experience developing and overseeing programming specifically for the on and off premise channels.
Experience managing and tracking brand budgets and collaborating with finance departments.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, 3rd party agencies and vendors.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Exceptional planner and project manager with a strong event production background
Exceptional organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
High level of autonomy with the ability to develop actionable solutions.
