Vista on 5th is seeking the right individual to fill Weekend positions, MUST be able to work all weekends: Saturday and Sunday

Positions available: 4pm - 12am Saturday & Sunday

10% differential added to night position on top of base pay.

Must be able to commit to every weekend.

Must have EXCELLENT customer service and ability to work with all types of clients.


The qualified individual will be responsible for greeting all guests and residents, answering the phones, routing calls, taking messages, routing packages, and directing the flow of business that comes through the front desk.

The person filling this position is the first visual or auditory connection each guest has with our organization.


Essential Duties:
Greet all residents, guests, and visitors entering the residence; announce visitors as necessary; direct the flow of business that comes through the front desk

Receive incoming phone calls; warm-transfer calls, or take messages as appropriate

Receive and distribute mail and packages

Arrange services for residents as needed.

Arrange and monitor guest visits

Maintain various logs and registration books for all visitors, including vendors

Direct outside individuals in and out of the facility

Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in business preferred

Two years administrative assistant experience, preferred

One year experience using multi-line telephone systems and hand-held radios

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel

Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly with peers and customers

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Ability to read, write, communicate and comprehend verbal and written instructions in English

Ability to operate the equipment effectively and efficiently such as phone system (console), computer/printer, copy machine

Sensitive to the needs of seniors

Service-oriented

Must be able to sit for long periods of time

Flexible schedule required


Physical requirements/working conditions:
Must be able to sit at a desk for up to six hours per day

Must be to stoop, bend, stretch, and squat to access files and various documentation

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds frequently

May be exposed to a constant noise level of streets or weather changes


Required education:
High school or equivalent


Pay:
From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
