Responsibilities

  • Maintains and organizes project data and tasks on line on Procore and in project binder
  • Coordinates with Project Manager to establish, update and maintain project schedules and material delivery schedules
  • Purchases all materials, labor and equipment and coordinates delivery on job site to meet job schedule
  • Maintains excellent communications and relationships with vendors.
  • Considers budgetary expenses with ultimate goal of assisting with project profitability
  • Administers Contract by invoicing according to contract, ensuring subcontractor workers comp. insurance certificate that is up to date and covers project period.
  • Handles lien releases with owner/General Contractor
  • Compiles Operations Manual that is created specifically for each project
  • Completes all warranty registration information for refrigeration sales/installation
  • Maintains contact with project Manager, Superintendent, installers and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
  • Red flags any potential issue items in an expedited and timely manner with the appropriate parties
  • Coordinate shipping of materials when necessary for instock items and those items which require various methods
  • Familiarize yourself with state lien laws in order to process notice to owners. Oversee this documentation for your project
  • Creates Project Notebook for Project Superintendent use in the field
  • Must handle management of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assist with creation of contract documents, compilation of documents for review as required
  • Review invoices related to projects for materials and subcontractors noting any issues
  • Provide additional project related support tasks, as requested
  • Miscellaneous office tasks that may be required

Personal Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem Solving Abilities
  • Team Player
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field

Pay DOE

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
