Leasing Consultant - Sacramento, United States - FPI Management, Inc.
Description
PAY RANGE: $18 - $19 per Hour
- Client Relations: Align with the Owner's vision, ensuring FPI meets Client expectations
- Communication: Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, and clients
- Leasing/Occupancy:
- Maintain occupancy levels as per budget expectations
- Demonstrate effective leasing techniques
- Assist in market surveys and advertising strategies
- Ensure online marketing sources are regularly updated
- Prioritize resident needs and satisfaction
- Contribute to resident retention programs
- Ensure resident safety and privacy
- Perform move-in orientations for new residents
- Reporting and Document Management:
- Maintain resident files and documentation as per procedures
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of resident files
- Organize and update reporting systems
- Assist in periodic reporting as needed
- Risk Management:
- Adhere to Risk Management procedures
- Report incidents promptly
- Handle emergency situations professionally
- Facility Maintenance:
- Assist residents with maintenance requests
- Document and address maintenance needs promptly
- Monitor physical assets and report concerns
- Ensure timely follow-up on maintenance requests
- Other Responsibilities:
- Enforce community rules and regulations
- Comply with Fair Housing Laws
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional image
- Complete all required training
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Residential Property Management or related field
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Proficiency in English
