Company Description: Multifamily Property Management

PAY RANGE: $18 - $19 per Hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Relations: Align with the Owner's vision, ensuring FPI meets Client expectations

  • Communication: Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, and clients

  • Leasing/Occupancy:
    • Maintain occupancy levels as per budget expectations
    • Demonstrate effective leasing techniques
    • Assist in market surveys and advertising strategies
    • Ensure online marketing sources are regularly updated
    • Prioritize resident needs and satisfaction
    • Contribute to resident retention programs
    • Ensure resident safety and privacy
    • Perform move-in orientations for new residents

  • Reporting and Document Management:
    • Maintain resident files and documentation as per procedures
    • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of resident files
    • Organize and update reporting systems
    • Assist in periodic reporting as needed

  • Risk Management:
    • Adhere to Risk Management procedures
    • Report incidents promptly
    • Handle emergency situations professionally

  • Facility Maintenance:
    • Assist residents with maintenance requests
    • Document and address maintenance needs promptly
    • Monitor physical assets and report concerns
    • Ensure timely follow-up on maintenance requests

  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Enforce community rules and regulations
    • Comply with Fair Housing Laws
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures
    • Maintain a professional image
    • Complete all required training
    • Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Residential Property Management or related field
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Proficiency in English
