    Our Spa Concierges:

    Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the doorEducates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experienceAnswers the phone with a smile each and every timeIs the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experienceRemembers the small things that make The Woodhouse specialthe guest's favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversariesServes as back up for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care the "big stuff", you always make sure things are running smoothlyThe Woodhouse Day Spa is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is a drug free and smoke free workplace.
