Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review and prepare monthly recurring journal entries and reconciliations.
Oversee payroll processing for hourly employees.
Manage sales tax returns and customer exemptions.
Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new finance and accounting systems and procedures.
Contribute to annual budgeting and recurring forecasts.
Collaborate in the Annual Review of year-end financial statements.
Generate ad-hoc and recurring financial analyses to facilitate management decision-making.
Provide support for various business initiatives and projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting is essential.
Thorough understanding of US GAAP is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Public Accounting is necessary.
Active CPA license or CPA exam pursuit is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
